Cuddle Couch Lounger:
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the Cuddle Couch Lounger, you may return your product and we will exchange it for another or provide a refund.
To process your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase no more than 6 months prior to return date. See below for details.
Because each blanket is hand crafted and carefully inspected prior to being shipped from Ecuador and at our warehouse in the US, all blanket sales are final. If there is an issue with color, promptly return within 2 weeks of purchase and we will exchange it for the color of your choice. See below for details.
Each fidget spinner comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you find your fidget spinner to be defective within 30 days, mail it back to us for a full refund. See below for details.
After your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation that we received your package and are processing your request. After inspection you will be notified whether your refund/exchange request is approved or rejected.
If approved, you can elect for a product exchange or refund and we’ll process it and send you a new Cuddle Couch Lounger and credit your debit/credit card within 2 weeks.
What if my refund is late?
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account once more.
If it has not been received, please contact your credit card as it can take a few days to process refunds. If after contacting your bank and credit card, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only full-price items may receive a refund. Items marked either On Sale or Clearance are not eligible for refunds.

If your item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the item was shipped to someone else first, the return will be sent processed and sent to the original buyer/address.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to us of your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed by mail to you, the cost of shipping the item back to you will be deducted from the total.
Time to process your return varies by location… The average time is less than 30 days if within this USA.
We highly suggest that you ship your item with a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
